We're doing a dance film! In today's world, film and media is crucial to the growth and success of the arts, and OMC is excited to be exploring what it means to put our work in front of a camera! Choreographed by one of our very own incredible dancers, Maddi Cashio, this project will explore performing arts through the lens of a camera. Keep an eye out for more details as we kick off our season with this exciting project!​

LOVE REVOLUTION
with Big Buddy
We are honored to be partnering with the Big Buddy mentorship program to bring LOVE REVOLUTION to life again! This production is a beautiful mosaic of professional dancers and kids from our community coming together to produce an amazing showcase. The kids have the opportunity to be taught all year by company dancers and our Artistic Director, and this showcase is a chance for them to show what they are capable of! This partnership is a blessing to all involved and we are so excited!

OMC's company dancers are SO excited to be performing at the Louisiana Art & Science Museum in new collaboration to preview our upcoming original works. On Sunday, April 6th, OMC will be presenting new works inside the incredible LASM Planetarium during their Free First Sunday! Stay tuned for details.​

Conduit: The Beginnings
We are thrilled to be premiering the beginnings of a brand new work inspired by a personal true story in the life of Artistic Director Garland Goodwin Wilson. "Conduit: The Beginnings" will begin to tell the story of the connections between strangers, connection to the past, and the connection we share here in south Louisiana. We are so excited to share this story through this collaborative project at the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge and connect with the community in the heart of our city! ​
